As President Obama arrives in Denver, he'll be greeted by a TV and print as campaign urging him to protect Greater Canyonlands.

Back in 2008, it was unthinkable that President Obama would not only fail to change George Bush’s worst public lands policies, but that he’d actively defend them. But that’s exactly where we are today.

Right now, the Bureau of Land Management is compiling a report that it’s going to send to Congress listing our nation’s public land “Crown Jewels.” In our opinion, no list would be complete without the Greater Canyonlands region included.
