There has never been a better time to become involved in work to protect Utah’s spectacular redrock wilderness.  The Wild Utah State Activist Network is made up of people in Utah, and in states across the country, working to protect Utah wilderness. The state activist network links you with others in your state concerned about protecting the wild lands in Utah we all love.  As a local activist, and with support from SUWA’s organizing staff, you will receive occasional opportunities to take action such as:

  • Organizing and attending meetings with members of your state’s Congressional Delegation
  • Helping to host Wild Utah slideshow presentations and other outreach events
  • Writing letters-to-the-editor to local newspapers in support of Utah wilderness
