Representative John Curtis is holding three town hall meetings this coming Saturday, February 10th.
This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to show Rep. Curtis that Utahns support the protection of Bears Ears National Monument and other wild public lands in our state. It is also your chance to ask Curtis to abandon his bill, H.R. 4532, that makes permanent Trump’s illegal order shrinking Bears Ears National Monument by 85%.
Please attend one of these meetings!

• Sign up to speak or ask a question. Tell Curtis you support protection of Bears Ears National Monument and Utah’s public wildlands. Ask him to drop his bill, H.R.4532.
• Make your support of Bears Ears visible by holding up a small “Protect Bears Ears” sign during the meeting whenever Curtis or a constituent talks about Bears Ears or public lands (we’ll pass these out at the entrance).
• Come 30 minutes early and help hold “Protect Bears Ears” and “Protect Wild Utah” signs and banners outside the entrance. Bring your own sign if you like!

Rep Curtis says he is willing to listen to everyone. Let’s show him we appreciate that! Be civil yet firm, letting him know his constituents want him to protect—not attack—Bears Ears National Monument and Utah’s other cherished public lands
