Looking to spend less time on your phone? Perhaps you're a Utahn and sick of your representatives not listening to you? Here are some additional ways to participate in the #protectwildutah movement:
--Get creative with it! Create some art or share a piece you already have to be used in an interactive map for Grand Staircase-Escalante. This can range from short stories of your experience on the monument, to quick sketches, to your fav photographs! Email files to loveforgse@suwa.org.
--Join a stewardship project this April and get out on the land! We have tons of awesome projects coming up, check the deets at: suwa.org/projectcalendar

Our Stewardship Program is looking for organized groups, student clubs and classes, alternative break programs, independent associations and more to invite on our 2026 slate of volunteer projects on public lands in Utah. We invite you to learn more about the places—and issues—most affecting our precious wild places through direct, hands-on experience.

Scholarships are available by need. Our team works hard to match your group with the right experience. Consider joining SUWA in the field in 2026. Start by reviewing our calendar of events at suwa.org/projectcalendar—where you can also learn more about our program.
