Sen. Orrin Hatch and Rep. John Curtis are going after our public lands AGAIN at the behest of Emery County officials. Their newly proposed Emery County Public Lands Management Act, a faux-conservation bill that omits protections for public lands and furthers the state’s land grab, has some critical misses for preserving some of the most treasured wild ecosystems in southern Utah.
