Chipeta Canyon
September 23rd/24th

Celebrate National Public Lands Day with SUWA in Chipeta Canyon on the Tavaputs Plateau. On Saturday we will work with the BLM’s Vernal Field Office to restore fencing around the Chipeta Cabin site spring. On Sunday, we will hike a nearby canyon in appreciation of the area’s wildness and solitude.
